I wrote and led messaging strategy for the 2024 Holiday Performance Playbook — the focal point of cross-functional efforts spanning Sales Enablement, Content Marketing, Demand Gen, and Brand. I oversaw or directly wrote copy for the landing page, email, video, in-product notifications, ads, internal guides, and a localized playbook for Vietnam and Thailand.
